Information Collected Using Cookies

Accessing, Modifying, and/or Deleting Your Information

You can access and modify the PII associated with your Account by accessing your user profile on the Services. At any time you have the right to request a copy of your data stored in your PII. You also have the right to request that your PII be deleted or corrected, in the case that you have changed your mind or the data is incorrect. You may also object to the further processing or demand a restriction concerning the processing of your personal data in PII. Prohibited Content

As a User and/or Account holder, you agree not to post, exchange, make available, provide, or process any Prohibited Content. “Prohibited Content” includes Content that:

  • infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;
  • violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability;
  • is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive;
  • is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive;
  • promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group;
  • is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person, including threats against other individuals, their family, or friends; or
  • promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.
Prohibited Conduct

In addition, you agree that you will not initiate, engage in, or encourage any Prohibited Conduct in connection with your use of the Services. “Prohibited Conduct” includes actions like:

  • Attempting to sell your Account or purchase another user’s Account;
  • Creating or using cheats, hacks, mods, or automated software (like bots), or any other unauthorized third party software in connection with the Games;
  • Attempting to commercialize or exploit any part of the Games or Services, including without limitation gathering in-game currency or items for sale outside of the Services or performing in-game services for payment outside of the Services;
  • Using, displaying, emulating, mirroring or framing the Services or any individual element within the Services, Wildcard’s name, any Wildcard trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without Wildcard’s express written consent;
  • Accessing, tampering with, or using non-public areas of the Services, Wildcard’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Wildcard’s providers;
  • Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any Wildcard system or network or breaching any security or authentication measures;
  • Avoiding, bypassing, removing, deactivating, impairing, descrambling or otherwise circumventing any technological measure implemented by Wildcard or any of Wildcard’s providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the Services or Content;
  • Attempting to access or search the Services or Content or downloading Content from the Services through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like) other than the software and/or search agents provided by Wildcard or other generally available third-party web browsers;
  • Sending any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, email, junk mail, spam, chain letters or other form of solicitation;
  • Using the Services or Content, or any portion thereof, for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party or in any manner not permitted by the Terms of Service;
  • Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way using the Services or Content to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information;
  • Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the Software used to provide the Services or Content;
  • Interfering with, or attempting to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Services;
  • Collecting or storing any personally identifiable information from other users of the Services without their express permission;
